All ministry is transitional and is a natural part of the growth of any church organization. After 60 years, Knox Church is transitioning once again. Transitional Ministry Pathways will help guide Knox Church through the transition process, including forming a Transition Team, as we pursue and select our next permanent pastor. This will be a comprehensive effort that includes evaluation and discernment of our values, mission, vision, programs, etc. TM Pathways consultants Reverends Jan Nolting Carter and Paul Rhebergen will be our guides.
Who can participate? Everyone!
Who needs to be there? Session, Deacons, Transition Team, Administrative Team, all the Staff that can attend AND any member of the congregation who would like to participate.
What will we do together? We will share FUN and Fellowship and work to all be on the same page about our work together in this transitional time. Our time together will include Biblical and theological study, learning about the process and about healthy congregations. You will not want to miss this event!
